If there is a material defect or maker error including spelling errors etc please email us as soon as possible and we will work with you to exchanged the item right away.Items must be in their unused, original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have received an item that is broken or defective, please let us know and we will work with you to correct the situation. Shipping charges are non refundable.
